ABOUT FAIRMONT HOCKEY

Fairmont Hockey is proud to offer an elite hockey program located in Southern California, uniquely combining high-level academics with premier hockey development. Our program is designed to nurture both the athletic and academic potential of student-athletes, ensuring they are well-prepared for success both on and off the ice.

At Fairmont, student-athletes pursue a full in-classroom academic course load that meets rigorous NCAA and UC credit requirements. We do not rely on online courses to fulfill these requirements. Instead, we provide a comprehensive and engaging educational experience through face-to-face instruction in a traditional classroom setting. With an extensive selection of Honors and AP courses available, we encourage our players to approach their academics with the same passion, focus, and intensity they bring to the rink.

Our mission is to develop well-rounded student-athletes who excel in all aspects of their lives while remaining rooted in California. By partnering with Fairmont Schools, we offer a competitive and developmental hockey program that allows players to grow without having to relocate to out-of-state academies.

The daily routine of our players reflects this unique balance. Their mornings begin on the ice, where they engage in focused training and skill development under the guidance of expert coaches. After their training sessions, players are transported to campus to attend their full day of academic classes. This hybrid schedule ensures that student-athletes benefit from both elite hockey development and a traditional high school experience, fostering their growth as young men and women.

At Fairmont Hockey, we believe in creating a supportive environment that promotes excellence in both academics and athletics. Our program is about more than just building great hockey players—it’s about shaping confident, disciplined, and resilient individuals who are ready to take on future challenges, whether they involve pursuing collegiate hockey, excelling in higher education, or achieving their personal and professional goals.
