Recruiting

Fairmont Hockey recruits student-athletes, not just hockey players. Our program is built for players who want to chase the next level without leaving Southern California, and who understand that development happens in the classroom as much as it does on the ice.

What we look for

• Compete level. Players who battle for every puck, finish every drill, and raise the standard of their teammates.
• Hockey IQ and coachability. Athletes who want to be coached hard, apply feedback quickly, and think the game at speed.
• Academic commitment. Our student-athletes carry a full in-classroom course load that meets NCAA and UC credit requirements. School is not optional here; it is half the program.
• Character. Discipline, accountability, and respect for teammates, opponents, and officials, in the rink and out of it.
• Ambition. A genuine drive toward junior, college, and professional pathways, and the work habits to back it up.

If that sounds like you, we want to see you skate. Reach out and tell us about your game.
